Andre "Dre" Davis

On January 24, 1958 an Angel by the name of Andre D. Davis, affectionately known as “Dre” was born to the union of Bobbie and Hattie Wright.

Andre accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior early in life. Dre was a graduate of Mason Elementary School and Cregier High School.

Andre and Stephanie were joined together in holy matrimony on November 12, 1983. Dre was a hard worker who was gainfully employed until his last days.

Dre was a family man who loved to play music, dance, cook and gather with family. Anytime it was a family gathering, Dre would be known to go around with his video recorder capturing all of our precious memories.

Dre stayed sharp in the latest gear. It didn’t take much for Dre to put on a fresh pair of Ones and a fitted cap.

Andre D. Davis departed his earthly life on October 17, 2024, leaving many of us devastated.

Dre will be reunited in Heaven with: His parents, Bobbie and Hattie Wright; his sisters, Linda and Denise; and his brothers, Fred, Maurice, Ardifine, Robert and Jerome.

Dre leaves to cherish his memories on earth with: His wife, Stephanie; one daughter, Falone; and granddaughter, Kayla; his siblings, Kim, Barbara, Paulette, Estella and Anthony; mother in love, Mary; siblings in love, Phyills, Janice, Ronnie and Devin; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Go ahead Dre take your rest. We love you, but God loves you best.
