Jerome Synder Jr.

Jerome Snyder Jr. affectionately known as “Chief”, was born to parents Jerome Snyder Sr. (who preceded him in death) and Bernice Snyder on May 16, 1962, both of Chicago, Illinois. 

Jerome accepted Christ at an early age and was Baptized at Fellowship Missionary Church under the leadership of Rev. Clay Evans.

Jerome graduated from Collins High School and was involved in all sorts of sports. He was passionate about his career in roofing, as well as forklift operating.

Jerome gained his wings on Thursday, December 26, 2024 at 2:37 p.m. at Loyola Hospital in Maywood, IL.

Jerome leaves to cherish: His mother, Bernice Snyder of Bellwood, Illinois; a loving brother, Thomas Snyder; four aunts, Annie and Betty of Chicago, Illinois, Mary Gray (James) of Greenville, Mississippi and Laura of Nashville, TN; five uncles, Ceasar McDaniel and Eddie Snyder, both of Chicago IL, Jessie Snyder (Margert) of South Holland IL, Charlie Snyder (Laura) and J.L. Snyder, both of Holland, Mississippi; four nieces, Tyeshia, Nikita, Lakeisha and Makayla; two nephews, Rashiem and Thomas J.; and a host of great nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
