Jones Atwood

Atwood Jones Jr. was born on September 23, 1930 to Atwood Sr. and Tinnie Jones. He was born in Holly Springs, MS. Both parents preceded him in death. He was known as Jack Jones. 

Atwood joined church at a young age. He received faith in Christ through Pastor Robinson of Original New Morning Star M.B. Church. 

He attended Jones School in Lamar MS and he was very good at mathematics. 

Atwood was employed with Cadillac for many years in Detroit, MI. 

Atwood departed this life on August 14, 2024, at a full blessed age. He loved life and good food. 

He is preceded in death by: His son, Micheal; his three sisters, Mary Lee, Olivia and Sadie; and two brothers, Eddie and Walter. 

He leaves to cherish a host of relatives and friends.
