Pearlie Mae Spivey

Pearlie Mae was the 4th child born to Rachel and Frank Zackery on March 21, 1938.

Pearlie attended and graduated from Turner High School in Atlanta GA.

She accepted Christ at an early age and joined the Church of Christ in Atlanta, GA.

Pearlie moved to Chicago, IL in 1956, where she met and married Kelly Spivey February of 1961.

Pearlie became a member of St. Martin De Porres Church. Pearlie worked for numerous Bulk Mail sorting centers before retiring from Capital Mailers 20 years ago.

Pearlie is preceded in death by: Both parents, Rachel and Frank Zackery; two sisters, Mollie Bell Calhoun and Hazel Lightning; one brother, Willie Frank Zackery Jr.; and one daughter, Sharon.

Pearlie leaves behind to honor her memory: One brother, Curtis; two daughters, Debra and Michelle; one son, Keith; she also has a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and close family friends.
